Had some leftover claro walnut that I had for a sample years ago. Chopped it up, drilled some holes. New knife holder coming soon!

It might be a scale thing, but that seems like A LOT of magnets for that board. Congrats on the DIY block. How much do you think it will cost, all in?

Even with some recent sales I still have a vertical knife block and two 12" magnetic stands full....I need more kitchen!

It’ll be 12” x 3” roughly. 12mm x 3mm neodymium magnets. Not all holes will be filled with magnets, 2 are for a blind nut. Id rather pry than risk something falling on my girls. Roughly $30...claro was from the bargain bin years ago.

Made a bracket out of aluminum and routed out the back to hide it. It will be epoxied onto the bracket. This isn’t going anywhere.

I need another mag rack. Going to do something similar myself for the next one!
