Dis here is a beauty of a Raquin, used for a couple small meals and then to slice cooked meat another couple times. Tried it as an all rounder but just felt too long for me. Great as a slicer or a long gyuto if that’s your thing. Regular grind, his usual burnt oak handle. There’s a very small delam near the tip that was there when it arrived.
