I picked up this very nice Raquin Gyuto several months ago. Though an excellent knife from a top maker I have come to the realization that I’m just not going to give it the use and give it the appreciation it deserves. I have several other gyutos that basically serve the same function that I use regularly. It’s best that I move this knife on to a new owner. I’m looking for $735 shipped and insured. Canadian buyers can have it for a little less as I save on shipping.
