Just selling this lovely Raquin k tip gyuto 240*57mm, regular grind, 220g, steel is 145 sc and soft iron cladding. I thinned a little bit the bevel to increase performances. I bought it to a nice guy on this forum with a saya. I would like to sell it 770€, in EU to begin, I may consider shipping internationally if this one doesn't sell. Thank you.

Hi! How is the finish on the knife after the thinning job? finger stones?

I finished the polish with natural stones (the last one was on a renge suita) but my polishing skills are clearly not the best, so there is still few scratches. If you want something perfect this one is not for you. I can provide pictures / videos of the bevel if you want
