Letting go of my duo of ironwood handled Raquins. Trying to keep them together first.
1.)THE first monster sujihiki by Bryan.
400mm from heel to tip, 42mm in height. Weighting in at 313grams. Sharpened less than five times very gently each time. Kasumi has never been touched. Only some beautiful patina added.
2.) To compliment the monster sujihiki is the monster gyuto. 280mm long, 60mm tall. 297grams. Perfect for slaying zombies without being too big for effecient usage. Comes with small imperfection in the spine that has always been there (see pictures). Doesn't affect use and It hasn't been any problem at all and Bryan sayd It likely never will be one.
Probably the best knife I've ever used. Effecient cutter. But now is the time to let it go n buy some more baby gear, yay.
Here are both knives next to "regular size gyuto"(230mm in length)
Now since you've red this far you are probably wondering what this set would cost you? Well I'm looking to get 1700€ for this unique, one of a kind set. Shipped and Insured within EU. Including PayPal G&S.
If you have any questions feel free to ask them.
Cheers
Edit. Both of them have sayas as well. Sujis is made by Bryan. Gyuto has simple and dirty balsa wood Saya made by me.
