I am interested in getting a reasonably priced knife to practice some basics of polishing and sharpening with. I am open to ideas/offers but I think I would prefer a wide, double-bevel gyuto (any size). Iron or mild steel cladding please . I will consider chips, tips, or other damage if the price is right. US-based.
