    Hi guys, few days ago my old chef gift me his knife, it is not in best condition but I will ask you if you can help me out to recognize the maker

    The maker is Shoudai Hamono.
    Their mark is the Kikusui variant crest and signature is 尚台正吉 shoudai masakichi.

    OK. The name Ricardo De Pala is engraved on the knife. Perhaps he was the original buyer/owner.
