Do you guys have some recommendations for a stainless steel gyuto and petty under 150$

I’d spend 200 on the gyuto and 100 on the petty

And if you have no sharpening stones I’d spend 150 on them, 100 for a gyuto and 50 for a petty

I do have sharpening stones, yeah it seems logical to spend more on the guyto

I am righty but it needs to be a 50/50 edge blade. (My dad is left handed and i want him to use them as well)
I like the look of a 3 layered blade so the petty looks great.
