Replacing my knives

Too bad we didn't think of that before! That and a 270mm gyuto....
I guess I know what I'll be hitting a certain knife maker up for next. On second thought, maybe a wa suji is the way to go on my next one.

Ok, after reading all your comments, I've decided to drop the Akifusa cause I can't seem to find to it. I'm going for Fujiwara FKM petty 150mm. I still can't decide on the gyuto tho... Carbonext (ES) for 140, Hiro AS for 145. Also can any1 give me an idea if I should get an Edge-Pro Apex, Ezesharp or one of those sharpening guides you slide onto you knives.. really appreciate it guys

If you decide to go for the Carbonext, don't get the ES option, it is a waste of $10.00.
