Rubber cutting board

Greetings kkf! I just bought a new rubber cucutti board and on my first try on it i noticed my wakui wont slip on the board and it is not possible to use the rocking motion way to cut, as a professional cook rocking motion is the most used motion for fast prep. Any opinions on the matter?

use a lighter touch, you should make minimal board contact. this will force you to improve your technique
