Hi everyone! I’ve got my Saji b2 rainbow gyuto up for grabs. I used it for about a week at home for some meal prep before I put it back in its Saya and never really touched it again, except to occasionally take it out to show my friends. It’s never been sharpened. It has a custom handle from Dustin at RSK and a custom saya from him as well (I don’t remember the handle materials, I’m pretty sure he said the Saya was ebony from Sumatra). Overall I would say the blade is about a 9/10 condition wise, there are some very light scratches in about the same spot on each side of the blade a few inches from the tip. And as seen in the pictures and video I am posting the patina is still on the core steel. There were three very small spots on one side that were darker than the rest of the patina, but I didn’t feel any pitting with my fingernail. I tried to show both in the video, but the blade is pretty shiny and my phone doesn’t have the greatest camera so lmk if you need some more close ups. I don’t think I have the box anymore.
