Catch and release!

Bought from carbon knife co. Used 3 times and as such has a bit of patina formed. It was sharpened once as it did not come with much of an edge. The white steel in this line is amazing. Really hard but buttery smooth on the stones

Choosing to sell because I recently acquired a classic Takeda which I prefer for the ‘ludicrous measurements’ segment of my collection.

What is the weight in this? Any idea who is the blacksmith?

Weight is 193g

taper is good, ground really thin!

It's an amazing cutter, very thin for such a big knife. You should definitely try one eventually!
