WTS/WTT 180 Santoku and 150 Petty. I got them from Tablin Store a few years back and never used them. I have the 270 gyuto of the same line and it is my go to knife, great steel, love the grind, fit and finish, etc. Octagonal ebony handle with water buffalo ferrule.

Only selling since I just never really got into Santokus and I have another Petty I always use. I cut some veggies when I first got these to try them out with the ootb edge. Never sharpened. Just been sitting for years.

I'm looking for $250 shipped for the Santoku and $275 for the petty. $500 for both.
Price drop: $200 for the santouku, $225 for the petty. $400 for both!

I am also willing to trade for a carbon steel knife. Looking for a 240, maybe a 210. Mazaki, Kagekiyo, Takeda AS, Konosuke Fujiyama, Toyama (I'm especially interested in a 240 Toyama Noborikoi Damascus), Yoshikazu Tanaka, Watanabe, Masamoto KS... I'm really looking for something a little lighter and thinner behind the edge than my 270, but I'm willing to consider pretty much anything.

Thanks in advance!
