Hello everyone, I was playing today with some cheap knives (torching wooden handles, epoxy on gaps) and I got some automotive sandpaper with various grits so I decided to even the gaps on the cheap plastic ferrules and wood, I got decent results btw, then I decided to try and do a nice finish on a blade that I use at work (Don't ask me why it looked like that lol)
It still has deep scratches from a dimond plate I used to thin it down.
Do you guys think is a good result and does the choil looks ok?
I'm relatively happy but I think next time I need to get lower grit sandpaper as I started with 600.
