Phenomenal knife from perhaps the most talented young forger in Japan. Silver 3/Ginsan is a beautiful steel that is completely stainless but very easy to sharpen. This bunka is thin but has a slightly wider bevel that gives it the strength to blitz through any prep you need it to. It has an incredible handle: ebony handle with a white buffalo horn collar and cap with silver spacers.
