Selling here a quiet new Satoshi Nakagawa Ginsan #3 Gyuto 230mm. Did only a few test cuts. The food release is not matching for me.
For me still a beautiful knife. But would be a pity to just look at it without using it. Therefore I rather use my Toyama or Y Tanaka.

Want to keep it in the EU at the moment.

Price 350 335 Euro within Germany and 345 within the EU (already including Paypal fees for goods).

You wrote you don't like the food release in this knife what do you mean ?
 
No Problem. For me it overlaps with my other favorites like the Toyama and Y Tanaka Gyutos. The other two i enjoy more when cutting.
And between these three knives specially some foods sticks more on the blade. Not that bad but compared to the others it won't be my daily go to knife.
