For sale is a set of three chu tataki Nomi (12, 21, 30mm). I went a little over the top with these three and found me not using them at all because they are overkill for what I‘m doing.
Brand is 'hidden smith', the house brand of Cornish little nomi shop. Enrico has an agreement with the maker to not disclose his identity but from what I gathered it should be a well regarded smith in Japan. I don’t know the steel used, the handles are made of Ash.
Overall length for the 12 and 21 is 265mm, the 30 is 280mm long.
The 30mm is already set up sharp and used a little, on the 12 and 21 I just set the hoops but didn’t touch a stone.
I‘m asking 80€ for each piece, 150€ for two or 220€ for all three. Price includes shipping in Europe, for international I will cover the first 15$.
