SOLD Shi.han 52100 240 KU Gyuto

Recently purchased and lightly used in a home environment. Some mild patina. Never sharpened. Custom ordered 230x52mm. Thermory handle. Comes with shi.han edge guard. Asking $525 shipped CONUS. The only trade I’m currently looking for is a Gesshin Kagekiyo Ginsan 240 gyuto or 270 suji (excellent condition), though I might consider others in the same range.

Good point... I would like to clarify to everyone that the edge of that knife has never touch that plastic board. I used it to try to provide a light background for the photo. The stupidly overpriced walnut end grain below it is the only thing that knife has ever cut on.

I have a very similar semi custom by Shi Han (225x52 in 52100). It literally has me wanting to sell most of my other knives. It's the only one I ever really want to reach for anymore. GLWS.
