These are probably the nicest steak knives I've seen, held, or will use. Exquisite. The details are perfect in every way. But they require a certain setup in use (namely, cutting on a wood or similar board/plate, as at least I myself don't want to use them on ceramic). This is a set of two. A set of four runs $900+ from Shi.Han directly, or ~$225 each. This set of two includes the leather Shi.Han 4-knife case as well. Used for 2 wonderful Filet steak-based meals. This is a nice chance to get a set of two, instead of four, and use for special occasions.
Asking $425 delivered CONUS or $450 intl.

I will highlight a few things I love about these steak knives:

1. Great steel and feels toothy
2. Not very reactive; you can leave it there for an hour without issue
3. Why better than using petty? These are almost like EDCs. Very robust and not afraid of a charred crust on a steak. Pork belly with hardened skin might still be challenging, but I don’t see any issue with steak.
4. Shehan designed these in partner with and supplied to high end restaurants; tested to be great
5. If you enjoy a top steak knife, it just makes you feel good. Your at home steak experience is elevated.

Lastly, I have been using these at home for a few months now. I do 1-2 steak dinners every week. I even bought wooden plates for them. As a big steak and steak knives fan, I have used a loooooot of steak knives.
