Please note this knife has some scratches that I think I have captured pretty well in the photos. Most of them are very fine, but there is one on the right blade face that is more obvious and you can feel it with a finger nail. There are also two spots (water?) on the blade near the edge that you can see in the movie. The good news is that the knife has it's original edge and still cuts paper towel quite well.

Saya: Koutetsu Gyuto Saya 210mm specific to Shibata that I purchased separately. Plus, you get the stickers!
Yu Kurosaki Senko SG2 Bunka 165mm$150 $130
Bought from Sharp Knife Shop for my wife when I started upgrading our knives but she never took to it and still prefers petty knives. This knife got very kittle use, was never sharpened and still looks quite new.
Handle: Ash with Purple Heart wood ferrule (awww)
