Hey guys! I’m looking to sell my shig santoku. I bought it to experience the shigefusa steel that everyone raves about. Honestly it’s been really nice. holds an edge for a very good while.
It’s been used a handful of times and has developed a solid patina. It has NOT been sharpened. Only stropped.
It could probably use a sharpening (though still cuts nicely), but my skills in that department are currently mediocre so I’ll leave that up to the buyer.
