I got this from Jason (AFKitchenknivesguy) in September 2010. It has been gently used in my home kitchen, and polished with baking soda after each use, so there is very little patina. The minimal sharpening that has been done was done with a Gesshin 5k.

Included is the original saya.

$425 plus actual insured shipping via Priority Mail to a CONUS address. PM me for details.

Thanks for looking,

Rick

How does the Damascus compare to the Kasumi bladewise? Is the new one a 240?

The new one is a 225. I can't tell much difference in performance, but the Kitaeji looks a lot nicer.

Shoot, glad I was in the field this afternoon and did not return until this one was already sold. Congrats to seller and buyer!
