Bought this one a few years back, completely rusted, and it took me 12hrs to restore it. Handle is from Tosho Knife Arts (they took care of the rust on the tang for me). Used quite a bit, but recently repolished. Comes with a beautiful saya that fits perfectly. Looking for $800 + shipping
Specs:
320mm x 36mm

Removing pitting is a PITA. How low in grit did you have to go?

Also, 320 is the edge length or spine length?

Started off by resting the blade in paper towels soaked in vinegar
Sanded down the ura and hira from 220 to 7000 then fingerstones (when completely finishing the knife)
Progression for the bevel was 180 - 400- 600- 1000 - 3000 - 6000 - Natsuya - and a Renge suita

320 is the edge length, spine is around 335 (all the way to the handle)

Did you use a jig/form for the ura?
