What is real though that I’ve been looking for a Yoshiaki Fujiwara (Kato) Damascus gyuto, 240mm for quite a while now. I am looking to facilitate a trade by offering up a Shigefusa Kasumi Chuka, 230mm; once used lightly by the previous owner and kept meticulously by me for the past couple years.
