Looking to try a couple new things and need to recoup some funds first.
SOLD - I am selling a Shigehiro White #2, 240. Blade measures approximately 230mm at the edge and 46-47mm at the heal. Used for several weeks for home meal prep. Never sharpened outside of what Carbon's initial sharpening. Has been stroped on leather a few times. Excellent knife but it’s not “the one.” I might try this in a 270mm later. Handle is an ebony K&S heart-shaped model with blonde horn and was installed by Martell. He cleaned up the relatively rough tang fit and sealed it well. Fit and finish on this is wonderful.
