So on my adventures towards being a small business owner I have come across some wonderful things that bring me joy. Starting my own wedding venue catering business and alcohol catering business has consumed my entire being right now. Alas using these wonderful knives I have in my collection is not one of the things that are filling that void! I can't even use them in the kitchen cause I will lose my absolute mind if one of these knives gets destroyed. It is not fair that I hold onto them and not let someone else enjoy them. So because of that I am going to be letting go of almost all if not all my collection. I hope to come back to knives again soon but I have to focus on getting my businesses off the ground and in good standing.

So now onto the information you want to know.

Man, these are fantastic cutters with great food release. I thought it would be more sizzle than steak and was glad I was wrong. It has become one of my favorite SS knives. And pictures never seem to be able to do the damascus justice. It's gorgeous in person. GLWS.
