My BIL make some pork ribs for us yesterday, and they were good. This triggered my wife to ask if beef might be better; while staring dead into the windows to my soul. I have picked up the hint, but wanted to hear some thoughts on flavors. Traditional tomato and brown sugar bbq is 86ed, but pretty much anything else is on the table. Whatchall got?
