225 migaki okubo gyuto- I had originally expected to sell this knife immediately to recoup som must needed cash, but the heel is shorter than anticipated (that's what I like) and it looks awesome, so I think I'll try her out and see if shes a keeper. Just need to make a handle for it.

To be perfectly honest I don’t have an answer…. I have knives that have not even been used. I literally don’t have enough space. I am renting the current home we are in while we look for property in North Carolina to build our home, I plan on designing the kitchen with a recessed wall that will have LED lighting and a hideaway sliding glass door so that all my pieces can be displayed. Each one of my knives either has a story behind it… I guess you could say I have a problem 🤣🤣🤣🤣
