This thing is gonna be a patina monster. Great job.Lovely hardent wrought clad AU - core steel is damn hard to polish - and it’s especially hard to get an even finish with the handle still on so this took me quite a bit of time. Really liking it so far

Me? $450 for gyuto $260 for saya. It is made in K110 which is stainless. He works in several other steels if memory serves.What kinda price are we talking about? I messaged him already but still wondering. Do you know if he works with some stainless steels?
