New member here from the town of chaos and confusion. A wannabe chef who is too busy with a professional consulting career to do what I really wanted to do as a child, but still manage to dabble in the culinary arts when I am home. I finally decided to ditch or rather add to a clunky set of German knives, some more finely crafted Japanese blades. Slowly stepping into the obsession with the recent purchase of a Masakage Yuki Gyuto as my first "real" kitchen knife. The fever is strong though and I am on a quest to learn and add more knives and skills to my collection. I look forward to meeting, learning and contributing over time.
