I would like to sell my Simon Maillet 270 San mai knife with saya. I received the knife in a partial trade a little bit ago. Original sale thread posted below. I used the knife a couple times at work and liked it just fine. I guess I’m just not crazy about the profile and I own like 9 270 gyutos (not kidding)so I’ll just list it here. I sharpened the knife once after I received it. The tip of the knife appears like someone tried to repair it but it arrived to me this way.
