Howdy folks!

First time public BST so bear with me. Here I have a lovely KU rectangle from Maillet, 135cr3 wrought clad. Bought last February for just over 500 direct. Used once or twice on flat herbs during ARM. Stropped once. No Patina. There are a few very subtle scratch marks from taking in and out of the saya (made custom by him, painted by me). Happy to provide more closeup shots!

I really just reach for the cleaver or a thin usuba these days but I’m sure somebody here will love it.

Asking 420 USD shipped CONUS (willing to discuss trades or international in pm)

Cheers,
Billy

Looks good. What are the white spots on the kourochi? Is that just it wearing off?

Beautiful knife, cool low bevel geometry, nice ku, polisher’s dream. Love to see how it would come up if someone with natural stones gave the bevel a spritz! What’s not to like? Someone will really enjoy this! Top tier seller who I have transacted with - cannot say enough good things 👍

This is but a minor inconvenience for @Dave - he stops at nothing
I'll just have to take a page from Dave's book by not telling him the address of my burial site.

Once I'm buried, it's not like he can phish for my address on BST anymore lol
