TLDR:
$225 shipped CONUS
52100, coffee-dipped by Skye
210 x 51.5 (I measured the length at a hair under 8.25”, I don’t have the original specs handy)
I’m more of a gyuto profile than French Chef but the price on this amazing knife was so cheap I ordered one along with a custom just to check it out. This is his first drop, you can read reviews of his 2nd drop over in the passaround forum. F&F is amazing, and the handle is possibly the most comfortable I’ve ever tried. Skye was gracious enough to give mine a coffee dip which I think looks amazing with the dark micarta handle, but you be the judge.
I forget exactly, but I think these run around $250 + $60 shipping from NZ. Still on the original edge - I gave it a light deburring on an SG4k OOTB to clean up a tiny bit of roughness, but otherwise just used it for a couple small preps.
Agressive, whisper-thin tip
Sorry had a heckuva time getting a decent choil shot.
