TLDR:
$225 shipped CONUS
52100, coffee-dipped by Skye
210 x 51.5 (I measured the length at a hair under 8.25”, I don’t have the original specs handy)

I’m more of a gyuto profile than French Chef but the price on this amazing knife was so cheap I ordered one along with a custom just to check it out. This is his first drop, you can read reviews of his 2nd drop over in the passaround forum. F&F is amazing, and the handle is possibly the most comfortable I’ve ever tried. Skye was gracious enough to give mine a coffee dip which I think looks amazing with the dark micarta handle, but you be the judge.

I forget exactly, but I think these run around $250 + $60 shipping from NZ. Still on the original edge - I gave it a light deburring on an SG4k OOTB to clean up a tiny bit of roughness, but otherwise just used it for a couple small preps.

Man, having tried the pass around, these offer a ridiculous value for the whole package. If someone had told me it was a $500.00 knife, I would think it was a reasonable price range. I didn't think I'd like the profile going into it preferring the gyuto profile as well, but it definitely made me a believer. I can't wait for my upcoming 240mm shiro2 version. GLWS

Would’ve jumped at this if I didn’t have a custom in the future books with Skye. Congrats to buyer!
It will be my first Skye..... for the price i couldnt say no. I waffled on the most recent one for sale in BST, and regretted not jumping on it , so yeah, happy day to me lol

Congrats on the knife 😀😀but maybe i should not cry THAT hard😢 it was me who snatched this one a few days ago

Yeah. You'll be fine lol. I waffled on that so hard , and I used sound judgement and did not buy it .... And regretted it. So I used the the same sound judgement and grabbed this one !!! That a gorgeous knife my friend

Thanks for the kind words everyone, and glad it got a new home quick for your @Delat
Yeah OG batch was about 235-245usd shipped (can't quite remember what the exchange rate was then). The upcoming batch is $285-300 shipped dep on ExR. I hope to keep them at or below 300ish for as long as the supply chain allows. I'm happy to hear they'd impress most of you at a much higher price too 🙏

I'm super stoked to be adding it to the rotation. The blade profile is my cup of tea, and members far more knowledgeable than myself hold your work in high esteem. Keep up the wonderful work !!!
