After coming across this comically small knife, https://knifejapan.com/iwami-okamitsu-ginger-knife-55mm/, I wondered, what is the smallest hand-forged kitchen knife you have come across? I suppose I specifically mean knives that have "normal" handles and might actually be useful. Here are some in western style that are approaching (or surpassing) the limit of utility: https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/mini-1-5-worlds-smallest-chef-knife-set-for-you#/

That Okamitsu is almost "cute". I've never seen a knife where the handle is more than twice as long as the blade!

Anyone else remember when Isaiah Schroeder made the mini knife with saya?
