Hey All

You know the drill, shipping included in price, no international, a basically new knife for a huge discount ;)

Selling a Kohetsu AS Western Handle 165mm Nakiri stainless clad.
Price $100.00

Retail was $150.00, used it a handful of times and like it a lot but I just don’t reach for it enough to keep it. One of the better western handle Nakiri I’ve ever tried, only thing I’ve liked better is a Denka western Nakiri. Much prefer this Kohetsu to the Ashi/Ginga western Nakiri I’ve got, the AS is killer. Really nice heat treat, on the harder side but still sharpens pretty easy and toothy for days, aggressive edges generally speaking. Only touched it up on Shapton 8k Pro.

You all are too kind ;)

Yeah this thing really is cheap AF for what you get. Also the western handle is way better done than you would think for the price. It’s a little less shaped than the Ashi Ginga stuff but about as well finished ie. No gaps or cracks or weird fit issues. Bolster is smooth too without any real harsh edges. Beats the pants of any TF western and better then the average Tojiro/Fujiwara westerns.
