My stepfather was a hoarder, so when we moved to the USA 30+ years ago, we used 4 or 5 forks, and same for spoons, and the rest was tucked away, who knows where. 25+ Years go by and he departs this world and I find it all. 3+ years go by and I finally go through it...
Lots of pieces never been used since he got it in the 1970's. Some have been used non-stop for the last 30 years but being cupronickel, once you polish them, they will look like new. Super sturdy, heavy duty and on larger size. I think forks and spoons are over 8". I believe it's 15% copper and 20% nickel and rest unknown but were added for strength
Break down:
also comes in 3 very good boxes from 1970's... I believe each box was fo 6 of each type, so larger qty's likely means he had multiples of each but these are left over. I think many of them are pretty rare, especially in unused condition.
