Available. this Z wear 5.5” freestyle kitchen knife. belt scotchbrite finish. Pink ivory handle with white G10 frame and red and black liners. 63/64 RC (heat treated by me). .10 spine and tapering. Some flex in the tip but not super thin taper.

If you haven't tried Z wear, this is a low cost way to give it a try.
