I went on another spending spree recently and selling these to buy more

Yoshikane SKD 240mm Kiritsuke with ebony handle. I bought this one to try out a yoshikane that everyone talks about. It’s good, real good but not the style of cutting I like. Used for 2 meals and still has original edge. 360$->340
Hatsukokoro Komorebi B1 Demascus 240mm Gyuto.
I got this one to try out a rather good but not too popular high end knife. As you can see it is a super death laser but it still has a 4mm thickness at the choil and a heel height of 54mm. Too bad I really don’t need a super laser nowdays. I put an edge on this one and used for like a 4 days worth of meals. 475$->450

I thinned it a little and put a coffee etch on it, there’s still some scratches but barely noticeable. Otherwise super thin edge with a 3.5mm spine and pretty tall for a Bunka. Sold
