Downsizing. A lot. I picked this up 2nd hand and like it but it may not make the final cut. So many 240s, a few are being offered up. Very light use at home. No saya (yet). Won't be heartbroken if it doesn't move. 400USD will get it shipped priority, insured, to your door.

The whole gang of knives up for sale.

The suji on bottom is a 300mm stainless Konosuke. Not sure which series it is.

Next to the Masashi is a Yoshikane Bunka. About 165mm. Cool knife but yet another bunka that doesn't quite work for me.

On far right (or bottom), facing inward is Kono HD2

From the top,
Masashi 150mm sld gyuto (sold)
Yoshikane 165mm skd bunka
Mac Mighty Chef 8 inch
Tanaka Ginsanko 240mm from K&S first batch (spf)
KSab 8 inch
Wat Stainless Clad 240mm
Kashima (Yoshikane) 240mm
Kono HD2

On bottom, 300mm Kono Suji

The others will post as I determine fair prices.

I've done international several times - but never to Hong Kong.

Send me you shipping address and I'll see what the PO will charge.

The Stainless Clad Wat weighs in at 214g. And it's growing on me. FWIW my traditional Kurouchi Wat weighs in at 253g.

The Yoshi and the Tanaka each have a new home.

Somebody buy this. Wats are literally the best cutting knives I have ever used.
