Something nice for a wedding gift for someone whose main knives are Cutco. Must be bullet proof but pretty. I'm looking for something more unique than a Shun or a Wusthof. Budget is $200. Doesn't have to be in perfect condition. I am not afraid of putting a little work into something that is beat up. Let me know what you got.

Saw where Butch is laying out new sheet of carpenter steel and he's looking for orders. Don't know if it will fit your time frame but might as well give them the best paring knife ever.

This looks pretty much like one of Quintin Middleton's Echo Parers with a Pappy Van Winkle barrel stave handle - it should be a well made knife with a gift flare. The OG Echo is also a good option, perhaps. (AEB-L, 4" paring knife, reputable maker)
