Thick knives save lives
Up for sale today is a Suigetsu 150mm deba, new in box. The listing I got from didn't specify the steel but I found an old listing that looked the same that said it was SK steel, so I'm gonna say it's mystery steel with the possibility of SK. I got this knife from Japan a little over a month ago along with two others and I liked those two so much I never got around to trying this one, and I don't want duplicates lying around so I'll pass it on. Also it does have a fairly large micro bevel and I tried to show that in the photos, so first sharpening might be a little interesting.
