SOLD.

Catch and release. I love this knife--LOVE IT--but can't make it make sense given my stable of Sakai 240s.

Steel Type: Iron Clad Aogami 2
Handle Material: Ho Wood & Buffalo Horn Ferrule octagonal
Weight: 141 g
Height at Heel: 50mm
Overall Length: 388mm
Cutting Edge Length: 230mm
Handle Length: 144mm
Thickness: 3.18mm

Here is the listing from which I purchased it:

And here is the knife on the Bernal page:

Selling for exactly what it cost me: $410 shipped USPS in the CONUS.

I'll add that kitchensamurai1 kept this in great shape. The blade is oiled, packaging is clean and intact, and the knife is beautifully presented.

Someone pick this up before I decide to buy it for work…. Too many Takada knives in my drawer and magnet already.

I will say I use an HH Sujhiki at work and it has all the same feel of my Suiboku knives. If you want a Suiboku but think it’s silly cuz the finish will eventually come off when u have to thin it- THIS IS THE KNIFE FOR YOU!

Darn..shoot...fudge...Missed it again! 🤬
