Hey fellow knife enthusiasts!

I am after the few following bangers and thought I may try my luck on BST, for all of them I am interested in offering a home where they would do what they were born for, I.e. cutting stuff into smaller stuff. I’m after BNIB or near new condition:

• Takada no Hamono Suiboku/Singetu Gyuto>Nakiri>petty (preferred 270mm then 240mm for Gyuto - Ginsan / Will also consider the VG-10 damascus)
• Hitohira Yohei Gyuto (any steel and smith combo, though Togashi and Kikuchiyo/Nakagawa will be high on my list)
• Toyama SS Clad Blue Gyuto - Bought!
• Konosuke Fujiyama FM Gyuto(any steel but will prefer Blue, length 225/240/255) bought!
• Konosuke FT Gyuto (you never know!)
• Konosuke MM Ginsan (a man can dream) - edit : got a BNIB MM in Blue 210mm up for trade for the Ginsan version of the MM (+ a bit of cash your way).
• added : Hitohira Tanaka x Kyuzo Stainless Clad Blue 1

Hit me up with what you have! And if you feel guilt and regret for having bought one of these knives and for leaving it in a box unused, I swear they will have a good home filled with love for steel and cutting with me!

I may have a few things up for potential trade as well, but will be more willing to spend the cash for the right knives!

Updated (after an appropriate mourning time for missing Blumbo’s beautifully etched TnH HH).

Opening to Singetu finish on the Takada no Hamono and limiting steel to Ginsan.

I had a look at the Tanaka Izo and elected to wait and see for Hokuto to put out some 240mm. So switching that one to BNIB or near new Tanaka X Kyuzo Blue 1 SS Clad.

@Rossmore7 had a B1 SS clad TxK a little while ago he was trying to sell, not sure if he still does.

Also, if it makes you feel any better... I missed out on Blumbo's HH by like 1 min. :(

Your message was probably less than 30 seconds after mine. I refreshed the page and thought I lost out on it when I saw it had been posted for 5 minutes. It arrives tomorrow. 😉

Hey mate,

The link leads to the Kikuchiyo x Izo (which is in stock, but I already have one of these :) ) and not the Tanaka x Izo (the link was originally intended to point to the Instagram story that showcased the Tanaka Izo, not sure why it sends to the wrong page). Tanaka x Izo has not been listed yet on Kitchin Tools. I could have snatched the Tanaka Izo today on Staysharp but decided against it, all things considered, I’ll wait for Hokuto to release a 240mm version (hence why I amended my post to remove the Tanaka Izo ).
