This knife cuts like a DREAM, but I just can't force myself to be a rectangle guy. I figure if this knife can't convert me, I'm just not meant to be into rectangles.

Iron clad white #1, 161x50. I replaced the stock handle with this cypress & horn handle from Tokushu Knife. I can put the stock handle back on if requested.

I am interested in trade for a Gyuto at least 52mm tall at the heel (bonus points for Western makers).

I’ve tried cleavers and taller Nakiris too. I’m just a gyuto guy.
