Hey guys i would like to sell this Takamura Uchigumo 300mm Gyuto. Need to fund some other knives, sad to let it go.
Condition is very good. Sharpened once, with slight scratches on the blade. Almost like new. Comes with Saya and a takamura banner.
The banner i got from a good friend, who is a chef at Noma. When they were in Kyoto, the takamuras dined with them and they got some banners/knives.
