Hello friends I would like to put up for sale my Takeda stainless clad aogami super Chinese cleaver. I just bought this a little over a month ago. It’s been on my bucket list forever and grabbed it when it was there. I like using it but it’s a little impractical for my needs. It’s utterly huge and I have another cleaver that’s a better fit. Used a handful of times and polished the bevels. Sharp as hell.
