1. Takeda Gyuto "Medium" NAS 250 x 67
Aogami super with stainless clad.
Total length 387 mm, weight 172 gram
Spine 3,25 (handle) - 2,10 (middle)
Maple handle (134 mm)
Bought directly May 2021 and very little used. Can't remember what I paid for it but current retail price is € 539, if you can find it in stock.
Asking € 400 shipping in EU included
As EU taxes have already been paid on these knives, it makes sense to keep them in EU. However I can ship worldwide, in this case I'll cover the first € 15 of the shipping cost.

2. Tanaka/Yohei Kiritsuke Gyuto "240" (224 x 43)
Blue #1 with damascus soft iron cladding
Total length 385 mm - weight 153 gram
Spine 2,68 mm (handle) - 2,10 mm (middle)
Beautiful Taihei handle in ziricote with a blonde horn ferrule.
There is a small drop of cladding close to the edge near the heel of the knife, this doesn't affect the performance.
This is a very light, nible knife; almost too light for board work but it excels at slicing.
It has seen some use and in its current state it has lots of patina. I also include some pictures when it was new. I'm too lazy and perhaps not capable to keep it in a mint state.
Bought Dec 2021 from Karasu Amsterdam for € 700.
Asking € 450 shipping in EU included.

3. Markin "Funayuki style" custom 182 x 50
Russian WX15 steel (52100 equivalent) 63 HRC
Total length 330 mm - weight 198 gram
Spine 3,50 mm (at handle) - 2,56 mm (middle)
One piece handle in african blackwood (grenadill)
This is a heavier "workhorse" grind.
Bought directly Oct. 2022 for about € 350 (including taxes)
The metal shows some discrete banding which I tried to emphasize by etching in ferric chloride, hence the darker look.
In combination with the blueish patine it is quite a unique look. Of course this can be polished off.
Asking € 260 shipped in EU.

I removed the patina, sharpened the Tanaka/Yohei and did an attempt at polishing. This made me realise how much I suck at polishing. I guess no more dammy and mirror polished knives for me.
Price drop to € 375 (almost $400) including shipping inside EU and to CONUS. PM me for other destinations. I hope to sell it to someone more skilled than I am.
