Selling my Takeo Murata Gyuto 210mm gyuto with Western handle. The blade is made from a middle layer of Blue/Aogami #1 in non-stainless clad. Knife has been used only once to prepare dinner for one, is as new.

I paid 240€ for this knife incl. shipping and custom duties. However, I realize that this shouldn't be a potential buyer's disadvantage, so I do offer this knife for 160€ (180 US$) including shipping within the EU. I do offer shipping to the rest of the world, buyer pays difference (expected +7 US$).
