Selling this lovely bunka bought from Karasu few months ago. Wanted to give it a try, but it's just not for Me, since I really prefer gyuto or bigger knives in general. Fit and finish on this one is great and it really deserves it's reputation. I used it to prepare three meals and super lightly touched it on okudo suita just to feel it on stone . It is pretty unreactive, considering it's an iron clad and it just slightly beginning to gain a patina.

testimonial: I have one of these, I also got it because I wanted to try out the form. Like the OP, I also found I prefer gyutos, but when I do use it I find it is a great knife <a keeper for me>. GLWS!

Two more reasons for selling this are that it's just too good knife not to be used and to be stuck on a wall magnet (although it looks great on it) and I have a gyuto extra height from this series coming in, bought here on kkf
