Catch and release for me on this one and a continuation of the sanmai purge... Purchased from homechef below

Specs are:
L: 236mm
H: 58mm
W: 235g* most of this is handle weight as homechef said balance point is between kanji and heel. Based on experience, the ebony handle is probs 80g+ ish. I can replace it with a Teak and black horn handle (55g), if total weight is of concern here, but will make the knife much more forward balanced. I recommend the current set up.
Few test cuts done by me. this thing in a test setting absolutely defines laser for me. Post test cut it sat in my knifeblock because a) I have too many knives b) been on a cleaver / workhosre spree lately.
Just as I was about to start using this baby again...but was able to fenagle a kipp laserpony aeb-l. Sacrifices must be made.
